Summer School of Science, S3 is an international 8-day long residential camp aimed towards high school students. Our students are highly motivated for gaining experience and skills in today’s multidisciplinary research areas covering natural sciences and technologies. Work in small (3 -4 students per mentor) groups on highly interdisciplinary projects which last for several years allows our students to become members of sci-tech teams aiming to wrap up projects and publish the results. S3 is directed towards exploration of life in space alike conditions, and marine environments. Except obvious life-science themes, S3 would not be possible without physical sciences and technologies enabling us to simulate and explore such an extreme systems.
